Day 12

Back on track! It may be every other day rather than every day... but I'm here, and I'm working on it again. Thank you guys so much for your patience while I wrestled with the Windows reinstall, the driver-finding... lol Anyway, this one is for Valentino's, a swanky martini bar that doesn't really exist.

Scanner

It doesn't love me. The drivers won't install. So the sketches sit on my desk waiting. They are sad, they are alone... and once Wes gets the scanner up and running again after I had to reinstall Windows? Then I'll be updating this. I swear I will!

Life, the Universe, and...

...everything hates me. heh I ended up having to reinstall Windows (and thus all my programs) at home. But the Adobe suite is on again, and I'll be scanning my first new set of logos this evening.

Slight Delay

Yes, more delay. Oh, I know it's annoying. lol But it's because I've got a freelance job I'm working in addition to my usual job, so my design energy outside of work is going there just for a few more days. That should be all it takes, and then I'll be back in the saddle. Thank you all so much for your patience!

Restarting

Well, not starting from scratch, mind, but I'll be restarting my logo project after this weekend. I considered restarting this week, but between having my sister visiting and a crazy work week... I figure next week will be a safe bet for being back fully on track. Yay!
